Bicycle theft (household insurance)

Bicycle theft is only covered by default household insurance for bikes stolen from the cellar or a locked room of the home. Theft on the street or from public parking spaces requires a separate add-on module. Many policies include restrictions at night or minimum requirements for the type of lock used.
