Exclusion clause

An exclusion clause is a contractual provision that expressly excludes certain damages or risks from insurance cover. Typical exclusions include: intentional acts, war, nuclear energy, or specific pre-existing conditions. Exclusions are listed in the insurance certificate and the General Terms and Conditions (AVB) and should be read carefully before signing.
